Biometric privacy
FAIRBRIDGE LAW LLC is investigating privacy law violations where biometric information — which can include fingerprint, facial recognition, voice print, or eye scans, and related data — were unlawfully collected, stored, or shared.
Illinois biometric privacy law takes biometric information seriously. It has exceptions, but it generally requires specific consent and disclosures in order to take or use your biometric information, and requires offenders to pay if they don’t comply.
If you submitted to a face, fingerprint, hand, eye, or voiceprint scan, or a biometric process, we want to know your story.
