Mark A. Bulgarelli

Attorney

Mark A. Bulgarelli has focused his practice on class action, employment, consumer fraud, antitrust, and contract litigation. His work has included claims in state court, federal court, bankruptcy court, appellate courts, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

He has litigated complex and class matters involving RICO, FLSA, mass tort, qui tam, consumer products, and Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act claims. He has been appointed class counsel and has worked as lead or co-lead counsel in class actions.

Mark received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from Valparaiso University (J.D., 2004), where he earned a Certificate in International Trade and Development Law and participated on the Jessup International Moot Court Team. Licensed to practice in Illinois.

Colin Cameron

Colin Cameron has practiced in civil litigation involving SEC regulatory law, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, mortgage-backed securities, insurance litigation, consumer class actions, personal injury, real estate, aviation, and commercial transactions.

He has worked with Reed Smith and Jones Day, and attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas (J.D., 2006) as well as University College at Oxford University.

Ilan Chorowsky

Attorney

Ilan Chorowsky has practiced in multi-state class action litigation of consumer, employee, and antitrust claims in federal and state courts, and has represented numerous clients in appealing denials of Social Security benefits including SSDI and SSI.

He has served as counsel in class actions resulting in recoveries for class members nationwide, and has worked as lead or co-lead counsel in class actions involving national corporate defendants. He has also represented Indian tribes in a variety of matters, and has successfully represented clients in commercial and contract litigation.

He previously served as Co-President of the Illinois Chapter of the Wisconsin Bar Association, on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Bar Public Interest Law Section, and as legal services director for AIDS Network in Madison, Wisconsin. Ilan has lectured at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, the John Marshall Law School, the University of Wisconsin Schools of Law and Medicine, and the Wisconsin State Bar Convention.

A 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, he clerked for the Wisconsin Department of Justice Civil Litigation Unit, was employed by The Washington Post, the National Endowment for the Arts, and served as a researcher for the Smithsonian Institute Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars and as a Sierra Club publication editor, prior to practicing law. He previously successfully prosecuted class action lawsuits as an attorney with Larry D. Drury Ltd., and has served as an attorney in a variety of cases resulting in class action settlements.

He holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A. — Hon., 1992) (J.D., 1996). Licensed to practice in Illinois.

Frank Jablonski

Attorney

Frank Jablonski has decades of experience in trials, litigation, mediation, arbitration, administrative matters, regulatory matters, and appellate work.

His work has involved individual and class consumer matters, environmental and energy matters, land-use and permitting issues, business disputes, community and nonprofit matters, and claims involving landowners and corporate conduct. He also has a broad legal and policy background, including work on legislation and rules for environmental and industry organizations.

Frank serves as Of Counsel to FAIRBRIDGE LAW LLC. He holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin (1983). Licensed to practice in Wisconsin.

Adam E. Urbanczyk

Attorney

Adam E. Urbanczyk is a registered patent attorney with experience in IP securitization, IP and IT transactions, commercial and intellectual-property enforcement, and computer-tort investigations.

He has handled matters for technology startups, film producers, software companies, national shipping lines, marketing firms, landlords, IT distributors, consultants, online merchants, and individuals. His work includes disputes involving copyright infringement, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, computer tampering, defamation, privacy issues, and commercial litigation.

Adam has experience counseling clients regarding the protection, transaction, and enforcement of their patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property interests. Adam has argued in the Illinois Supreme Court, Illinois Court of Appeals (Second District), Illinois circuit courts, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Adrienne M. Zibelman

Adrienne M. Zibelman has more than 20 years of legal experience in business litigation, corporate transactional work, compliance, and health care law.

Her background includes work as in-house counsel for UnitedHealth Group and in private practice. She has worked on complex civil litigation and brings experience involving real estate, labor, probate, and business matters. She also formerly served as an editor at Wolters Kluwer.
